Personal data policy

What we process

The sites are not used for the director’s personnel or accounting records, or for counterparty details in contracts, invoices and acts. Those records follow the employment contract, civil contracts and accounting law.

• lsus.ru — name, phone, organization, email, message and calculator details from a demo or quote request, so we can reply.
• portal.lsus.ru — email, full name, organization, department, job title and phones; the password is stored only as a hash. Tickets may include text, attachments and an INN. Do not send special-category or biometric data in attachments unless the request requires it.
• infizi.ru — messages you send by email or phone. There is no form on the site.
• Server logs (IP address, time, page, browser) on all three sites, kept so the site stays available and faults can be investigated.

An account is kept until it is deleted. A request that does not lead to a contract is kept for one year after the reply. Correspondence and documents that become part of a contract are kept for five years after the year the contract ends. Server logs are kept for six months. After that the data is deleted.

The general director may access the data. The sites and mail are hosted in Russia by Timeweb Cloud LLC. Data is passed to others only when the law requires it or when you ask us to share it with a counterparty under a contract. There is no cross-border transfer. The portal uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. Write to info@infizi.ru with the subject “Personal data” to ask for access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw consent.
